1. May 11: The first staff meeting was held. Production conditions of each workshop from January to April were summarized on the meeting. The slogan of “improving product quality and reinforcing working discipline” was also put forward.

4. Dec. 18: The second staff meeting was successfully held. Production conditions in the year 2002 were summarized. Problems in security, quality and equipment were pointed out. Working plan of the year 2003 was made.
5. Dec. 30: Union of Ningbo Zhenhai Shengfa Copper Co., Ltd. was established with the members of Yu Hanyun, Gu Genfu and Xia Weimin. Yuhanmin took up the post of chairman of the company union and Chen Dannv assumed the office of fund examinant.
6. Jan.-Dec.: Donation and benevolence to schools, children and homes for the aged accumulated to over 80,000 yuan.

1. March 6: Name of our company was altered into Ningbo Shengfa Copper Co., Ltd. and new common seal was applied.
2. March 10: Secretary of Zhenhai District Committee Wen Jianyao made an inspection to our company.
3. May 10: SARS prevention and control leading group of our company was organized. Lots of precautions were issued to control expansion of SARS and to safeguard health of the staff.
4. May 15: The trademark “Wangfa” was successfully registered.
5. Aug. 18: Secretary of Xiepu Town Committee Hu Zuyou and head of the town Weng Guoguang made an inspection to our company.
6. Sep. 5: Our company purchased a piece of land of 30 mu, i.e., 20001.75 square meters (on the southeast side of Xiepuling near No.329 national highway in Xiepu Industrial Zone of Zhenhai, Ningbo) from Ningbo Jinrun Assets Management Co., Ltd. and operation company of Xiepu Town, Zhenhai District.
7. Dec. 23, the former chairman of the company union Yu Hanyun retired and the post was succeeded by Ms. Xu Yafen.
8. Jan-Dec.: Donation to schools, students from poor families and local charity institutions accumulated to over 110,000 yuan.

1. June 18: President of the chamber of commerce and industry of Zhenhai District Zhang Liangzhu went to our company for inspection.
2. Aug. 18: Secretary of Xiepu Town Committee Hu Zuyou made an inspection to our company.
3. Sep. 16: head of the town Weng Guoguang made an inspection to our company.
4. Oct. 6: Xinjin Huanlu Copper Co., Ltd. of Sichuan was put into production.
5. Oct. 9: The factory expansion plan was approved by the Planning Committee of Zhenhai District. Construction of factory buildings was prepared.
6. Nov.2: A two-day environmental management system verification was carried out in the company by Zhejiang Environmental Protection Bureau and Zhejiang Huanke Environmental Certification Center.
7. Dec. 18: Our company passed ISO14001 environmental management system certification smoothly.
8. Jan.-Dec.: Donation and benevolence to schools, homes for the aged and local charity institutions accumulated to over130,000 yuan. Our company was selected as a local charity star.

1. March 24: The factory expansion project was approved by Ningbo Construction and Communication Bureau of Zhenhai District. The construction began.
2. June 20: A summary meeting for work of the first half of the year was successfully held in the company. A management concept of board of directors’ responsibility was put forward on the meeting, which gradually led the company to modern enterprise management mode.

Sep. 23: In order to deeply carry out the activity of “creating a safe enterprise”, thoroughly settle those severe problems affecting stability of the company and those hidden dangers, reinforce sense of corporate liability, intensify public security and safe production supervision, a leading group of creating “a safe enterprise” with President Wei Jie as the group leader was established. 4. Dec. 20: A summary meeting for work of the year was successfully held in the company. President Wei Jie made an important speech on the meeting with the subject of “reinforcing corporate management, intensifying working discipline and promoting team spirit to make greater contributions to the society”. He pointed out that the year 2006 is an important year for a new round of development of Shengfa Company as well as a beginning year of modern enterprise system management.

1. Jan. 25: The factory expansion project was accepted to be qualified by the battalion of the Public Security Subbureau of Zhenhai District.
2. Feb. 26: The factory expansion project of our company was accepted by various relevant departments, which was granted for records.
3. March 20: Some workshops (yellow brass scrap workshop) of the newly constructed factory buildings were put into production.
4. May 13: “Shengfa Cup” Basketball Game of Xiepu Town was held on the basketball court of our company. A company team took part in the game and got the third place.
5. June 10: A summary meeting for work of the first half of the year was successfully held in the meeting center of Shenshiqiao Restaurant. It was put forth that the 5S site management mode will be implemented in the company from July. President Dongjie emphasized that quality of the management personnel should be in accordance with development of the enterprise; 5S management must be carried out successively with constant optimization.
