We must keep reason in the times of rapid economy development, exceptional violent market competition and advanced thinking of people. During the development process, we have been pursuing the dialectical relationship of changing and following. Business management of Shengfa Company began from July 2001 (before the time we only did business but not operating an enterprise). From then on, we have set up the objective of establishing a lifelong enterprise; following the internal development logic of a lifelong enterprise; making the core management theory, development theory, long-term development strategy and policy, scientific decision rule of the enterprise and the talent development strategy etc.

Three years later, name of the enterprise was changed into Ningbo Shengfa Copper Co., Ltd. from the original Ningbo Zhenhai Shengfa Copper Co., Ltd. We uniformed brand of our enterprise and reinforced business management and effective resource allocation. It’s our ideal constructing Shengfa Company into an aircraft carrier in copper industry.

With constant increase of market demand, our production scale also expands accordingly. Originally, occupation of land of the company was 20 mu with the factory building acreage of 2,800 square meters. There were four production lines. Later, more than 21 million yuan was invested. Another 30-mu land was occupied. Production factory buildings over 15,000 square meters and another two production lines have been newly constructed. We will sure make greater contributions to development of social economy.

Up till now, we have laid emphasis on Ningbo, Yiwu, Cixi, Guangzhou and Chengdu, pursuing superior development both in copper industry and education.

Under guidance of the core theory of “credit & foresight”, we will stick to the five corporate beliefs of “respecting values of clients, providing first-class products and services to clients, respecting values of the staff, pursuing professional speed, either forgetting it or doing the best”; the four fundamental principles of “oriented by market and clients, compromising long-term benefits and short & medium-term benefit, putting emphasis on both economic benefits and social benefits, combining intangible assets and tangible assets. We should also keep in mind the three concepts that “value of people exceeds that of materials and objects; common value exceeds that of an individual; benefit of the staff and the society exceeds self interest”. Thus, Ningbo Shengfa Copper Co., Ltd. will sure realize the great ideal of a lifelong cause.
